1 General Terms

The rules and terms described in this document apply to all services, games, promotions, and activities on the mf19 platform. "mf19", "platform", "we", or "service" refers to the website owned and operated by mf19 and its associated digital services. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any person who has registered on or is using this platform.

mf19 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time with reasonable notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

This platform is operated entirely for entertainment purposes. mf19 uses SSL encryption technology to keep user information secure and to ensure fair play.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

The following eligibility requirements must be met to participate on mf19:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. This platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 21.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming activities are legally permitted.
• You may only hold one account in your name. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a person who has applied for a self-exclusion due to mental health or financial difficulties.

mf19 may request age verification documents (national ID, passport, or birth certificate) at any time. Failure to provide documents may result in the account being temporarily or permanently suspended. For 21+ only.

3 Account Registration & Security

Users must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at the time of account registration. Providing incorrect or false information may result in account forfeiture.

• Only one account is permitted per user. If two members living at the same household wish to create separate accounts, they must notify mf19 in advance.
• Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone. The user is solely responsible for any unauthorized access to their account.
• If you lose your password, contact the mf19 support team immediately.
• Allowing a third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

mf19 supports transactions through Bangladesh's popular payment methods:

• Accepted Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).
• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 for each method.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳800.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Typically within 10 to 45 minutes.

All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless mf19 approves otherwise under exceptional circumstances.

mf19 reserves the right to take additional verification steps for suspicious or unusual transactions. Withdrawal processing may be delayed until verification is complete.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

mf19 offers various promotional offers for new and existing members. Each bonus has specific terms that must be followed.

Welcome Bonus: 200% bonus on your first deposit up to ৳8,000. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.

Wagering Requirement: A 10x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount received. Wagering is calculated on the bonus only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

• Only one bonus offer can be active at a time.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first.
• mf19 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If evidence of promotion abuse is found, the bonus will be forfeited and the account may be suspended.

6 General Betting Rules

All bets on mf19 are governed by these terms and the specific rules of the relevant game.

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled, unless mf19 takes action due to a technical error.
• If a bet outcome becomes uncertain due to a technical error or game server issue, mf19 reserves the right to void the bet and refund the original amount.
• In sports betting, results depend on the announcement of the relevant official sports authority; if a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to standard rules.
• If evidence is found of placing the same bet from multiple accounts or of match manipulation, all related accounts will be forfeited.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mf19 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
• Registering an account with false information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical advantage.
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.
• Contacting the support team or other members with threats, harassment, or abusive language.
• Intentionally exploiting any system bug or error and concealing it from mf19 without reporting it.

If evidence of any of the above activities is found, the relevant account will be immediately closed and funds on deposit may be forfeited.

8 Account Closure or Suspension

mf19 may temporarily or permanently suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of terms or involvement in prohibited activities.
• Failure to pass identity or age verification.
• Detection of suspicious or fraudulent transactions.
• By order of a court, regulatory body, or law enforcement agency.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

mf19 treats the protection of users' personal information as a top priority. Information provided during registration and verification is secured by SSL encryption technology.

Users may request correction or deletion of their data. However, some information may need to be retained for a specified period due to legal obligations or ongoing disputes.

10 Limitation of Liability

mf19 makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, mf19's liability is limited in the following areas:

• Any loss caused by internet disruption, power outages, or issues with the user's device.
• Any loss arising during unexpected server maintenance or downtime.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorized access to a user's account where the user left their password unprotected.
• Delays or failures by third-party payment gateways or banking services.

mf19 will not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. In any claim, mf19's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the user's relevant transaction.

11 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute or complaint, the user must first contact the mf19 support team:

Upon receiving a complaint, mf19 will review and respond within a reasonable time. If the user is not satisfied with the outcome of the internal review, they may apply for dispute resolution through a recognized third party.

For all dispute resolutions, data stored on the platform's servers will be treated as final evidence.

12 Changes to Terms & Enforceability

mf19 reserves the right to amend these terms, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified via their registered email or through a notice on the platform.

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will remain fully in effect. This agreement is written in Bengali and the Bengali-language meaning shall be authoritative.
